Telegraph

I traveled down to the west texas hill country to do some astrophotography and remembered a small one building town along highway 377 that I had visited as a child. At one time this building was a general store, post office, and residence. At its peak in 1966, Telegraph had a population of 56 people. In 2009 the store was closed for good but not before it received a Texas State Landmark (#5219).
From a photography standpoint, Telegraph sits right on the edge of one of the lowest light pollution zones in North America, making it ideal for astrophotography. Shot with a Nikon Z6, 30sec exposure at f/2.8, 16mm with two off-camera flashes to light the store.
