Lake Moraine, BC, Canda

This scene of the canoe dock at Lake Moraine in BC, Canada has been captured numerous times. However, I didn't know that when I was a fledgling photographer--this being one of the first traveling shoots of my career.
Just minutes before this capture, I was attempting to take another shot that required hopping timber logs to reach a small island. I lost balance and took a plunge into the icy cold lake--all to the amusement of a bus full of Japanese tourists who's just arrived to tour the park.
