This is Putnam, Texas between Cisco, and Abilene. My fellow photographer, (in frame), and I were out for a day of driving the back roads west of Ft. Worth, in search of shots. This abandoned part of Putnam appears as a small ghost town along I-20 and beckons for you to exit the highway, turn around and visit what remains.

Bio
I grew up the son of an artist, learning balance, composition and contrast, but didn’t pick up a camera until about 10 years ago on a trip to Europe. I never put it down after that.
I enjoy finding candid moments of the human experience, as well as driving the back roads of Texas and other states, looking for landscapes and decaying architecture.
