Travel often brings unexpected encounters with people that remind us to value simple things and find happiness where we can. While exploring the Mekong Delta in Vietnam, I came upon this 85 year-old man who works dehusking 1,000 coconuts each day. In spite of the hard work as evidenced by his gnarled, arthritic hands, he welcomed me and my camera with friendly curiosity.
