I was hoping to get a shot like this and it happened 10 min. after we arrived at Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Kenya. Black rhinos are critically endangered. There are roughly only 5000 left in Africa, 745 of which live in Kenya. At Ol Pejeta Conservancy they have the highest population of over 130. It is the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa and it was our first time we saw one in the wild. Definitely one highlight of our safari adventure in Kenya.
